Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical With Telemetry

Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical Specialty with Telemetry at a short-term acute care facility located in Lubbock, Texas, is a fast-paced environment requiring a registered nurse to provide bedside care to adult patients. The position involves float responsibilities across units and requires adherence to clinical protocols, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license preferred), at least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a transitional or acute care setting, knowledge of interpretation of dysrhythmias, use of rapid response teams, and management of neurosurgical and neurological patient conditions.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be flexible to work a self-scheduling environment, including holiday shifts. All scheduling and time-off requests must be submitted during the application process. Candidates should provide two references covering at least a year within the last three years.
