Licensed Practical Nurse / Home Healthcare

Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Tucson, Arizona. This position involves providing skilled nursing services in a home health setting under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role requires adherence to state-specific regulations, including IV medication administration if required, and supporting patient care within the community environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current and unencumbered license to practice as a practical/licensed vocational nurse in Arizona; Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) documentation or residency in a NLC state; minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse; current CPR certification; proficient in general computer use, including email, internet, and navigation of applications
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in home health care setting; familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as HCHB
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves home visits in the Tucson area, primarily covering the east region. Reliable transportation, current drivers license, and agency-required liability insurance are necessary. The assignment begins on 08/03/2026, with travel estimated at 100-150 miles per week and a productivity expectation of 32 points per week.
