Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) nurse in Newton, Massachusetts. This position involves working on a rotating day and night schedule, providing direct patient care in a busy hospital setting. The role requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends, starting on August 16, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Newton, Massachusetts
• Shift Time: Rotating day and night shifts (7:00 AM 7:30 PM and 7:15 PM 7:15 AM)
• Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 08/16/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent, Massachusetts nursing license, 0 years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Medical Surgical (MS) environment is preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, adhering to facility policies and procedures, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes.
