Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Case Management (Case Management Exp) is sought for an inpatient hospital setting located in Appleton, Wisconsin. This position involves managing patient cases with a focus on inpatient care, with the potential to float to other units as needed. The role requires clinical expertise in case management and the ability to adapt to various operational needs within the facility.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, inpatient hospital case management experience, current certification as required by the facility, current BLS certification, and at least 0 years of professional experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with float assignments to different units within the facility, familiarity with hospital case management procedures.
