Registered Nurse / Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory RN in a day shift role located in Schenectady, New York. This position involves working in a specialized cardiac catheterization environment with responsibilities requiring independence in various complex procedures. The role is suitable for candidates who meet the experience and licensing requirements and are available to start immediately.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 10 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid New York State license (may be screened to manager without license if candidate has at least 1 year of specialty experience), a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab or related specialty, and the ability to independently perform LHC, RHC, complex PCI, Impella, IABP, IVUS, FFR, and EKOS procedures
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: No block scheduling will be approved. The position requires on-call availability one day per week and every third weekend. The candidate must be independent in advanced cardiac procedures and able to manage the workload effectively.
