Registered Nurse / Telemetry

Job Summary:
The healthcare professional will be working as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in a facility located in Glenview, Illinois. This full-time night shift position involves providing care in a cardiac medical-surgical unit with a capacity of 24 beds. The role requires the ability to manage heart failure patients, post-procedure cases, and acute patients with various medical conditions, with staffing covering both day and night shifts on a rotating basis.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license; Cardiovascular experience; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certificates; must pass an EKG test with a score of 80% or higher on the first day; credentials due by Thursday before start date
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed
• Float: Flexible to float to facilities in Highland Park, Evanston, or Skokie
• Additional Information: Orientation is scheduled for Monday; orientation hours are non-billable; required to pass an EKG test on the first day of orientation; full certification documentation due by the specified deadline
