Registered Nurse / Home Healthcare

Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) Green Bay, WI. This position involves providing acute home health care services in a dynamic environment, covering a nine-county radius in northeast Wisconsin. The role offers flexible scheduling with shifts of 8 or 10 hours, and may extend to 12 hours, supporting patient recovery and independence through hands-on medical care and patient education.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, with the possibility of extending to 12 hours. Guaranteed hours per week range from 36 to 48, excluding the week of orientation.
• Required Qualifications: Current Wisconsin RN license or Compact license, Associate Degree or certification in nursing, BLS certification through the American Heart Association, 2-3 years of acute home health experience, EPIC and point of care documentation experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with OASIS documentation, comfort with hands-on skills such as IV site care, wound management, ostomies, and wound vacs.
• Additional Information: Travel from home to home for patient care within a nine-county area, with an average travel of 75-100 miles per day and 4-6 visits daily, including travel time. Must have own vehicle. Up to 50 pounds may be lifted, pushed, or pulled during patient care. Flexibility to work every other weekend and up to every other holiday is required. Orientation duration varies based on experience. Provided tools include a laptop, corporate phone, and clinical equipment. Advanced technology is utilized for remote monitoring and communication.
