Operating Room Tech / Certified Operating Room Tech

Job Summary:
This position is for a Certified Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) in Asheville, North Carolina. The role involves providing essential perioperative support within a healthcare facility, ensuring procedures are conducted efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting surgical teams and maintaining sterile techniques to facilitate successful operations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as an Operating Room Technician (OR Tech), high school diploma or equivalent, North Carolina state licensure or credentials if applicable, 1 year of relevant clinical experience, ability to work days
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in an operating room environment, familiarity with surgical instrumentation and procedures, certification from recognized professional organizations
• Additional Information: This position requires adherence to facility-specific protocols, SOPs, and safety standards. Flexibility with shift timing may be necessary to meet operational needs.
