Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager

Job Summary:

A Nurse Manager position is available in a healthcare facility located in Kingston, New York. This role involves leading a specialized, high-risk, and highly regulated department that requires unique expertise. The position is critical for ensuring operational excellence and maintaining compliance within the department, especially as the current manager will be departing.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 7.5 hours per shift, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor`s degree in Nursing or related field, at least one year of experience in healthcare management, and current residence within the United States.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience managing high-risk or specialized departments, certification in nursing leadership or management is a plus.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The successful candidate will lead a specialized and regulated department that demands high levels of clinical and operational expertise. This is a key leadership role requiring the ability to manage complex clinical protocols and regulatory compliance.
