Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) position in Portland, Oregon. This role involves providing skilled home health services to adult and geriatric patients, ensuring quality care in a home setting. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week, start date: 08/24/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Oregon State RN licensure, BLS certification, at least 1 year of skilled home health experience. First-timers are accepted.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oasis documentation, proficiency in adult home health, and familiarity with community hospital settings.
- Additional Information:
- No on-call required.
- No float between units is expected.
- No weekend shifts required.
- Travel involves occasional routing within approximately 60 miles, with good grouping of clients to minimize drive time.
- The traveler must have reliable transportation and be able to meet the point expectation standard.
- COVID-19 vaccination with primary series and booster is required; Oasis training is necessary.
- Uniform is business casual or scrubs (not mandatory).
- Charting is performed using electronic systems including EPIC, Rover (phone app), and Oasis.
- The assignment includes approximately 5 visits per day, with a typical patient age group comprising adults and geriatrics.
- Must provide two references covering at least 1 year of recent clinical experience prior to start.
