Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse Newport, Oregon. This position involves providing critical nursing care in a busy emergency department environment. The role requires the ability to manage a variety of patient needs, from non-critical to emergent medical conditions, including mental health crises. The applicant must be prepared to work rotating shifts and contribute effectively to the emergency care team.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license, Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); 0 years of experience from date of hire
- Preferred Qualifications: Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
