Registered Nurse / Telemetry

Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a position located in Evanston, Illinois. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a telemetry unit, with a focus on stroke and neurological cases. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic clinical environment, supporting patient recovery and stability.

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry
• Location: Evanston, Illinois
• Shift: Day Shift, 12 Hours
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, scheduled hours are from 08/09/2026, with a start within two weeks of offer date
• Required Qualifications: Valid State RN License, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification, passing EKG test with 80% or higher, 2 years of experience in stroke or neuro care, and must present all certifications at the time of submittal
• Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of neuro/stroke care experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required to like units, as needed
• Weekend Requirements: Yes - every other weekend
• On-Call Requirements: N/A
• Holiday Requirements: As needed
• Experience: No minimum years of experience required, but relevant neuro/stroke experience is preferred
