Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity located in Beckley, West Virginia. This role involves providing surgical patient care within a busy operating suite, supporting multiple specialties including general, gynecology, vascular, orthopedics, urology, podiatry, and robot-assisted procedures. The position offers a standard day shift, with opportunities for call and additional coverage.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification and licensure to work as an RN in West Virginia, ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS certifications, 0+ years experience, specific to operating room nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: OR scrub/circulator experience, CNOR certification preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required across different operating room departments as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidates will participate in biweekly orientation on Wednesdays. The facility serves a wide patient demographic, with a team equipped with advanced surgical equipment such as Zeiss microscopes, Aquablation, Holmium lasers, and Da Vinci robotic systems. The unit comprises 7 operating rooms with a patient ratio of 1:1, serving all ages.
