Job Summary:
The social worker position is based in Westfield, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting clients recovering from substance use disorders and behavioral challenges through assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. The position requires collaboration with care teams and community education to promote recovery and well-being.

Job Details:

• Location: Westfield, Pennsylvania
• Schedule: Tuesday Saturday or Sunday Thursday (one weekend shift required) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in social or health services, counseling internship/practicum experience, acceptable disciplines include LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC with addictions recovery experience. Preference given to licenses in Pennsylvania; out-of-state licensure will be considered.
• Additional Information: The role involves conducting client assessments, facilitating group and family sessions, documenting client progress, providing crisis intervention and aftercare planning, collaborating with referral sources, insurance, and care teams, and delivering education to clients, families, and the community.
