Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse position available in Grand Marais, Minnesota. This role involves providing patient care on a 37-bed skilled nursing facility and a 16-bed critical access hospital setting. The position requires the ability to float to the emergency department to medical-surgical duties, with a focus on delivering quality care in a rural healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Every other weekend is required.
• Required Qualifications: Minnesota Nursing license (or copy of application for temporary license), minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications in submission packet.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to float to emergency department, experience in rural healthcare settings.
• Additional Information: The facility utilizes Meditech electronic medical records. Scrubs should be any appropriate color or print.
