Registered Nurse / Operating Room Open Heart

Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Operating Room Open Heart surgery in Wenatchee, Washington, will play a critical role within the surgical team. The position involves providing advanced perioperative care for cardiac surgical procedures, adhering to established protocols, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This is a day shift opportunity designed for a dedicated and skilled individual to support the organizations cardiac surgery services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in perioperative nursing or surgical technology, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in operating room settings specializing in open heart procedures. Valid license applicable to the state of Washington.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a high-volume cardiac surgery program, familiarity with the latest AHA guidelines, and certifications such as CNOR or equivalent preferred.
• Additional Information: The position requires adherence to SOPs for cardiac surgical procedures and compliance with HCF policies. Responsibilities include assisting in intraoperative patient care, maintaining sterile fields, and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures.
