Registered Nurse / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position involves providing specialized care for neonatal patients ranging from stable feeder growers to critically ill level 3 patients in a 40-bed unit. The role requires working weekend days and involves floating to assist in various areas as needed.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Weekend Days, 3A-3P on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Licensure as an RN in Indiana, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: NICU level 3 experience with at least 2 years` clinical experience in neonatal intensive care.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years` NICU experience required; applicant must attach required license and certifications upon submission.
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with a start date of 08/10/2026.
  • Additional Information: Floating to other units may be required; does not take assignments in other units. Scrub color is navy blue. The position requires a valid drivers license and a permanent home address that matches the ID submitted.
