Job Details:

• Location: Marquette, Michigan
• Shift: Nights (12-hour shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Position: RN (Registered Nurse) in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor
• Number of Openings: 1
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, Basic Medical Surgical skills, 1 year of relevant experience, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to float to Neuro, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Medical/Surgical, and Cardiac units
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in adult patient care and prior rehabilitation setting experience
• Additional Information: Orientation is bi-weekly; unit includes 16 beds with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio; no call requirement. The unit emphasizes adult patient care with an array of diagnoses and treatments, requiring strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach.
