Registered Nurse / Clinic (No Specific Specialty)

Job Summary
The organization is seeking a licensed registered nurse for a Clinic (No Specific Specialty) position located in Edmonds, WA. This outpatient clinic role involves performing phone triage and in-clinic duties such as injections, blood pressure checks, wound care, suture removal, and newborn assessments. The RN will triage pediatric, OB, and adult patients in a fast-paced environment, supporting a team of healthcare providers.

Job Details

• Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday through Wednesday, 0730-1800, starting ASAP
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington or Compact RN license, BLS certification, minimum of 1 year outpatient clinic experience, labor and delivery experience, triage experience, working with higher patient ratios, proficiency in EPIC charting system
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong patient engagement skills, experience with quality improvement initiatives, use of Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM)
• Float: As needed within skill set
• Additional Information: The role involves assessment of height/weight, interpretation of laboratory results, vital sign measurement, pain assessment, patient history, pulse oximetry, medication administration (intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous), telephone triage, and use of EFM. Prior experience with outpatient birth and family clinics is preferred.
