Registered Nurse / Operating Room (First Assistant)

Job Summary:
The Operating Room (First Assistant) Professional Staff Nurse position is located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing advanced nursing support within the surgical environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care during operative procedures. The nurse will work collaboratively with surgical teams to facilitate efficient and safe surgical interventions, demonstrating leadership and clinical expertise throughout the perioperative continuum.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 certifications. Must have a minimum of 2 years of First Assist experience and a BSN degree is preferred.
