Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Registered Nurse (RN) Michigan City. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within the Cath Lab department, focusing on cardiology, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures. The role requires a self-motivated team player dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS; Education requirements: Valid nursing license; Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Cath Lab setting; Location: Michigan City, IN; Shifts: Days, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday, with variable start times (rotating between 6:30, 7:00, and 8:00 AM); Minimum hours per week: 40.0.
• Responsibilities include demonstrating sedation, circulation competency, and EKG test proficiency. The role involves managing patients with cardiology, vascular, and interventional radiology needs.
• Preferred skillset includes recording competency. Candidates should be self-motivated and effective team players.
• Shift times are generally 9-hour shifts with one rotating day off. No float rotation is required.
• Submission requires compliance with onboarding instructions and attendance at required education modules prior to the first day.
