Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
Nurse Manager specialized in Stroke Coordination in a healthcare facility setting. This leadership position involves overseeing stroke care programs, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and supporting interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. The role requires coordinating staff and resources effectively within a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA State Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS certification; at least 2 years of experience as a nurse manager or in a leadership role related to stroke care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous stroke coordinator experience; experience with interdisciplinary support and patient care for adult populations; familiarity with community hospital charting systems; experience with Trauma Level II units.
• Additional Information: Must have previous stroke coordinator experience. Candidates will be expected to complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start date.
• Travel and Licensing: Candidates must upload Nursys verification of CA RN licensure within the last 2 weeks. Two references obtained within the last year are required. No separation time is needed for return staff/travelers.
