Registered Nurse / Telemetry

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry Nurse specializing in telemetry for a facility located in Detroit, Michigan. This position involves providing direct patient care, overseeing staff, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality. The role supports the clinical operations of the unit, focusing on assessing, planning, and implementing patient care during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Shift Hours: Nights, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education, and experience including at least 1 year of clinical experience as a registered nurse in a telemetry setting, licensure to practice as a registered nurse, and relevant onboarding credentials.
• Specialty: Telemetry (TELE)
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes supervising staff to whom care is delegated and supporting the facility chief nursing officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, along with maintaining staff competency and resource management.
