Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Nurse is a registered nurse working in the emergency department of a healthcare facility. This role involves providing immediate and skilled nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions. The nurse collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73 certifications; at least 2 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing; located within Pennsylvania.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency nursing or trauma care, certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are a plus.
• Additional Information: The position requires the ability to respond rapidly to patient needs, prioritize care effectively, and communicate clearly with the care team and patients` families. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability in high-pressure situations and a commitment to continuous professional development.
