Job Summary:
Maternal-Child Health Nurse specializing in Mother/Baby Couplet Care is sought in Baltimore, Maryland. This position involves providing comprehensive care for mothers and newborns, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes in a dedicated healthcare environment. The role requires adherence to hospital protocols and collaborative patient management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree, at least 2 years of experience working in Mother/Baby or Labor and Delivery specialty, and current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Patient Record systems and familiarity with EPIC.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves ratio management of 1:8, with responsibilities including patient assessments, delivering deliverance care, postpartum management, and neonatal assessments. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position starts on 08/03/2026, with a schedule that includes night shift hours across multiple days.
