Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse position in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the emergency department. The nurse will utilize specialized clinical knowledge and judgment to provide high-quality, patient-centered care according to organizational policies and professional standards.

Job Details:

• Location: Tucson, AZ
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in Arizona or equivalent license (temporary/interim or compact licensure); BLS certification; 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months or relevant emergency room experience; ability to perform clinical duties effectively
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in nursing; professional certification in emergency nursing or related specialty; additional related education or experience is a plus
• Additional Information: The position requires the ability to respond quickly to patient needs, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must demonstrate competency in clinical assessments, emergency procedures, and effective communication.
