Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a night shift position. The role involves providing high-quality critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing patient needs and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift only, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, at least 1 year of ICU experience, and location within the state of California
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate excellent critical thinking and communication skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to emergency situations. The role requires maintaining compliance with hospital policies and procedures, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and demonstrating proficiency in critical care protocols.
