Job Summary:
Sterile Processing Technician Manager position available in Everett, Washington. This role involves overseeing sterile processing operations at a Level II Trauma Center, focusing on neuro, orthopedic, robotics, and pediatric cases. The position requires managing supply knowledge, case picking, and fostering a team-oriented, quality-driven environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour daytime shifts, 5 days per week, with a start date of 08/31/2026, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, hold certification from CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA, and have an active Washington license (if applicable). Experience in acute hospital or ambulatory surgery center settings, familiarity with EPIC charting system, and supply knowledge are preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital environments, trauma levels I or II, and specific specialized equipment such as processing sink inserts or flexi pumps.
- Float: Float rotation may be required within hospital or to a nearby sister hospital.
- Additional Information: Orientation includes a 3-day process on day shift, with arrival times starting at 8:00 AM on the first day and at 6:00 AM on subsequent days. All travelers are expected to float between units within the same skill set. Candidates must commit to working three of the five designated holidays and be available for orientation hours.
