Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse position is located in Michigan. The nurse will deliver quality nursing care through the nursing process, collaborating with the healthcare team to maintain professional standards. The role involves assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to ensure patient-centered outcomes, in accordance with hospital policies and licensed practice guidelines.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 3+ years of emergency room experience; TNCC or ENPC certification; BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications; Michigan state license; minimum experience of 0 years but with at least 3 years of ER experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The position follows AHSA`s clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours via phone and text where applicable. Decisions are typically made the same day or by the next business day. Applicants seeking more than 7 days off, more than 50% of holidays off, or with negative background or employment history are not eligible for the same processing timeline. This role involves working in an emergency room environment with responsibilities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
