Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in Sidney, Montana. This role involves providing high-quality obstetric care within a busy department, supporting women through labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts with 12 hours shift time, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must be labor-trained. Certifications required include Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE (Staffing`s Task, Assessment, and Basic Life Support Education), and Fetal Monitoring at an Intermediate level or above.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced obstetrics environment.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include caring for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns; performing triage and non-stress tests; serving as second nurse at deliveries; managing overflow patients; collaborating with physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals; and supporting patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery.
