Registered Nurse / Nurse Educator

Job Summary
Brooklyn, New York The organization is seeking a Nurse Educator for an inpatient Maternal and Child Health (MCH) unit, including Labor & Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Maternal Baby Unit (MBU), and Pediatric services. The role involves supporting educational activities related to labor and delivery, NICU, and postpartum care, with an emphasis on strong Labor & Delivery skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in Labor & Delivery and hold a Masters degree in Education.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 7.5 hours per day, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program, New York State RN License, primary source verification of license and registration from NYS Department of Education (NYSED), AHA Basic Life Support (BLS). A minimum of two years of Medical-Surgical experience is required, along with at least two years of Labor & Delivery experience, and a Masters degree in Education.
