Registered Nurse / Electro Physiology Lab

Job Summary:
Electro Physiology Lab (EP LAB) Technologist position located in Peoria, Illinois. This role involves assisting physicians with advanced radiologic procedures such as arteriograms within a specialized cardiac electrophysiology setting. The technologist will prepare examination areas, operate complex radiology equipment, and provide patient care tailored to the ages of the patients served. The department comprises 11 employees, including four electrophysiologists, with approximately 5-10 procedures performed daily in two procedure rooms.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week with call on weekends and nights; start date is 08/24/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated; BLS (AHA) certification; minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The department operates Monday through Friday, with Saturday call from 8 am to 1 pm rotating among staff. The responsible unit uses the EPIC charting system. The position is in an acute care setting requiring proficiency in specialized radiologic procedures and patient care.
