Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Henderson, North Carolina. This role offers an opportunity to work in a busy, high-acuity rural emergency department. The RN will be responsible for delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced setting, with scheduled orientations and a focus on acute emergency response.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift (12 hours per shift) with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, a minimum of 1 year of experience, and the ability to work nights.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Peripheral IV insertion, Stroke, SEPSIS, STEMI, and working in a high-acuity emergency environment.
• Additional Information: High paced, high acuity, rural emergency department. The unit has 20 beds with a patient ratio of 1:4, surging occasionally to 1:5. Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and adhering to unit protocols.
