Job Summary
The healthcare professional opportunity is located in the District of Columbia. The role involves providing specialized patient care within the Endoscopy Laboratory specialty. This position requires experienced registered nurses (RNs) with a focus on endoscopy procedures, particularly in the intra-procedure phase of care, supporting patient needs through competent and compassionate care delivery.

Job Details

• Position: Endoscopy Lab Nurse
• Location: Washington, District of Columbia
• Schedule: Days shift, 0700-1530; Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; 3 years of endoscopy laboratory experience; Certifications including NIHSS, ACLS, BLS; BSN degree highly desired; experience in travel preferred; no minimum experience required (listed as 0)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in intra-procedure phase of care in endoscopy; knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan; strong assessment skills and documentation proficiency
• Additional Information: Must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility; candidate should demonstrate the ability to make initial assessments, perform ongoing patient evaluations, and document appropriately. Capable of delivering patient care competently, efficiently, and with compassion, consistent with regulatory and licensure requirements.
