Registered Nurse / Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) is sought in Round Rock, Texas. This position involves providing direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The role entails assessing, preparing, and positioning patients, performing conscious sedation, and monitoring hemodynamics during procedures.

• Required Qualifications: BLS Provider (Basic Life Support) Registered Nurse (RN) license, Advanced Life Support certification
• Schedule: 8 hours shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: The responsibilities include performing patient assessment, preparing and providing equipment and supplies for procedures, facilitating diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures, and communicating patient conditions to physicians before, during, and after procedures. Candidates should be proficient in conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring, with the ability to document and implement care plans effectively.
