Job Summary:
This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Aiken, South Carolina. The role involves providing advanced critical care to a diverse patient population requiring specialized technology and treatment modalities. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day of orientation.
Job Details:
- Location: Aiken, South Carolina
- Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Schedule: Night shifts, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: RN license required; Cerner experience required; 2 years ICU Acute Care experience required; BSN highly desired; Certifications including BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI (Must be Crisis Prevention Institute`s NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training course)
- Additional Information: The ICU provides care for neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients. Utilizes various technologies including ventilators, cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery catheters, ECMO, Impella, continuous renal replacement therapy, and more.
