Registered Nurse / House Supervisor Level 1

Job Summary:
Wisconsin-based healthcare organization is seeking a qualified House Supervisor Level 1 to oversee clinical operations on nights. The role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining high standards of patient and staff safety throughout the shift. The House Supervisor will also coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support effective patient care and operational workflows.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher, active registered nurse (RN) licensure in Wisconsin, minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience, BLS certification prior to first shift, ACLS certification required prior to first shift.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Additional Information: The selected candidate will support clinical teams by providing direct supervision, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and patient safety.
