Registered Nurse / Long Term Care

Job Summary:
Long Term Care registered nurse (RN) position in Charlevoix, Michigan. This role involves assisting staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients within a healthcare facility, supporting a patient and family-centered approach. The position requires adherence to facility policies and aims to deliver superior care services, enhancing the overall patient experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Michigan state license, 2+ years of long-term care RN experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, documentation of certification required, familiarity with Michigan long-term care fingerprinting considered a plus
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: This position involves working under direct supervision and/or direction of the department manager, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader. The incumbent must comply with the facilitys strict attendance policy beginning on 06/01/2024, which includes a three-strike policy regarding attendance and punctuality.
