Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurses are needed for a healthcare facility located in Corpus Christi, Texas. This role involves providing specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment, supporting patients requiring critical care interventions. The position begins on July 20, 2026, and offers an opportunity to work in a busy ICU setting with a focus on excellent patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS and ACLS certifications; Texas licensure or appropriate credentials; 2 years of ICU experience; location in Texas or ability to transfer; ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
• Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience; cardiovascular surgery experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The unit has 24 beds with a staffing ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, utilizing advanced equipment including vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, Impella devices, and balloon pumps. Typical procedures include intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, external ventricular drains, ICP monitoring, Swan placements, and bolt insertions. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Shift begins on 07/20/2026.
