Job Summary:

• Additional Information: The RN will perform patient assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop individualized care plans, participate in team conferences, and perform discharge planning and patient teaching. Responsibilities include supervising ancillary staff, ensuring safety standards, and contributing to a positive work environment. The role emphasizes safety awareness, documentation accuracy, and ongoing professional development.
