Registered Nurse / Dialysis Unit

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Dialysis at an internal facility located in Austin, Texas. This contract position involves working night shifts in a dedicated dialysis unit with a focus on providing quality patient care. The role requires flexibility and experience in dialysis treatments, including Intermittent Hemodialysis (IHD), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, with rotating weekends and call requirements once per week during the 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience including IHD, PD, and CRRT; located in or willing to work in Austin, Texas; able to work a 12-hour night shift; certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records systems such as Meditech; strong communication skills and flexibility; previous experience in multi-bed or bedside dialysis settings; familiarity with Tablo, Prismax, and Amia equipment.
