Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse in Framingham, Massachusetts. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients, supervising staff, and supporting the facility`s Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of nursing practice. The role requires assessing patient needs and ensuring safe and appropriate care delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Framingham, Massachusetts
• Shift Time: Days
• Shift Hours: 10 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 07/06/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum of 1 year of experience in operating room nursing; ability to work 10-hour shifts; location in Massachusetts preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical nursing procedures and patient care in an operating room setting.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
