Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Duluth, Minnesota. This position involves providing perioperative patient care in a hospital setting, performing circulating duties, and supporting robotic surgery and obstetric procedures. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of adapting to various surgical environments and working effectively within a team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, minimum 32 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Minnesota Registered Nurse licensure; associate degree or certificate; at least 2 years of Operating Room experience including one travel assignment; certifications in American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS); proficient in General Surgery, Circulating, Robotic Surgery, Cesarean Sections, Orthopedics (including Total Joints), Urology, ENT, OB/GYN.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and able to manage change effectively, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Charting using Epic is preferred. Candidates must be able to work two out of every four weekends; holiday coverage required as needed. The contract includes up to 36 hours of low census time over the course of the assignment that is non-billable.
