Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) position is available at a healthcare facility located in Chesterfield, Missouri. The role involves providing rehabilitation nursing services on a Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor specializing in adult care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position requires flexibility and collaboration to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: Chesterfield, MO
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor
• Shift: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Every other weekend requirement.
• Required Qualifications: RN license active in Missouri, BLS (CPR) Certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, proficiency in Epic Electronic Health Record system, and a valid RN certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: CRRN certification; experience working with adult patient populations; experience in rehabilitation or Med/Surg units.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within units in the hospital, including Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, and Spinal Cord Injury units.
• Additional Information: The unit has 81 private rooms, with patient ratios of approximately 1:6/7 during the day and 1:8 at night, with each nurse assigned a dedicated technician. The team emphasizes a flexible, collaborative, and positive personality fit, and scrubs must be black with ID badge provided by the agency upon reporting.
