Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Oklahoma City. This role involves providing specialized care in a dedicated Labor and Birth department, supporting patients through the childbirth process, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The assignment begins on 08/17/2026, with a schedule of days shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications; at least 2 years of labor and delivery experience in a hospital delivering 350-400 patients monthly; location requirements: Oklahoma City, OK.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications.
• Additional Information: May be required to float to postpartum units. The unit comprises 15 labor beds, as well as antepartum and pre/postpartum beds, with patient ratios estimated at 1:1 or 2:1. External fetal monitoring equipment is used throughout the department. No call requirements are specified. The hospital requires staff to wear black scrubs.
