Registered Nurse / Electro Physiology Lab

Job Summary:
Electro Physiology Lab (EP LAB) technologist position in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves working within the electrophysiology unit, supporting procedures related to cardiac electrophysiology with the necessary certifications. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Asheville, North Carolina
• Address: 509 Biltmore Avenue
• Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab
• Shift: Day Shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with weekend call; shift hours total approximately 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit consists of four rooms with a staff of 25 members.
  • Procedures include electrophysiology work supported by equipment such as GE X-ray, RF ablation, and PFA.
  • Documentation systems used are Cardiolab and Cerner.
  • Call coverage required every 6th weekend from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Must be able to scrub, monitor, and circulate during procedures.
  • Dress code is hospital-provided green scrubs.
  • Travel experience preferred; candidate must be adaptable to fast-paced environment and capable of functioning independently.
• No minimum years of experience required.
