Registered Nurse / Lactation Specialist

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Lactation Specialist for a position located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves providing lactation consultation and support services within a healthcare setting. The position requires certification and relevant experience, with a focus on assisting patients with lactation needs in a clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 32 hours per week, starting on 07/28/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Lactation Consultant (IBCLC or Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)) or equivalent certification; 1-2 years of RN experience and lactation specialist experience; valid current or conditional Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license verified within the past 7 days; experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record; documentation of current travel experience, preferably at least one prior travel assignment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in charge nurse, supervisory, or managerial roles in lactation or related specialties.
• Additional Information: Position details specify that candidates must be agreeable to the shift schedule and hold all required certifications at submission. A current NURSYS report and valid driver`s license with an address matching demographics are also required.
