Licensed Practical Nurse / Long Term Care

Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Professional located in Rutland, Vermont. This position involves providing care in a healthcare setting with a focus on long-term patient needs. The role requires commitment to a weekend schedule with evening shifts, ensuring consistent patient support and assistance.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, degree requirements, location requirements, and at least 20 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires adherence to facility fixed notes, including a commitment to every weekend, and all return to work (RTO) must be approved prior to contract finalization. Candidates must have reliable transportation, as public transportation options in the area are limited and unreliable. No overtime is available.
