Operating Room Tech / Certified Operating Room Tech

Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) position located in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves providing specialized surgical support within an operating room environment. The technician will assist with procedures such as neuro, transplants, orthopedics, and spine surgeries, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Location: 501 E Hampden Ave, Englewood, CO 80113
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a Certified Operating Room Technician. Certification as a CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) and DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) registration are required prior to submission. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is also required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with Level I trauma experience, prior Meditech system experience, and orthopedics/joint procedure experience are considered first. Neuro and transplant experience is also highly desirable.
• Additional Information: Flexibility for day/evening hours as needed, with 1-2 call shifts per week from 5 PM to 7 PM. The unit includes state-of-the-art equipment and a highly experienced staff committed to patient care excellence.
