Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) registered nurse (RN) Circulator position is available in a healthcare facility located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care, while acting as a patient advocate throughout surgical procedures. The RN will work in a fast-paced environment specializing in general, orthopedic, gynecological, and urological surgeries, utilizing advanced robotic surgical equipment.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association, at least 1 year of experience as a Circulating RN in the Operating Room with specific experience in general, ortho, gyn, or urology surgery, and proficiency with DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning.
• Schedule: Day shifts, four days per week, 10 hours per shift, with a weekly guaranteed minimum of 40 hours. Call on an average every 6-7 days with rotating weekends, including late shifts when needed.
• Additional Information: The position involves working with advanced surgical equipment, including DaVinci Xi robotic system, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning. Flexibility with case types, teamwork, and professional dedication are highly valued qualities.
